Extra charges after deal completed I was looking for a Chev Canyon, but they did not have my color in stock. A search revealed the right vehicle at another dealer. They would not check with that dealer until I made an offer and left a deposit. Then I was lead into the office of Anna Simhovich, Finance Manager were I was put under a lot of pressure to buy other features such as extended warrantee etc. When I said I did not want any of the extras, she would not listen to me and kept on pressuring me. Then she wanted my ownership signed and handed over to her even though I had not made a purchase. I refused. After about 45 minutes of high pressure I left her office stating that she should find out if my new truck is available before we proceed. They would not phone the other dealer but sent me home saying they would email them. By the way - They also snuck in extra charges, $299 for nitrogen in the tires and $45 for gasoline. When I got home Steve phoned to say that my truck was not available. Now I have to go back and get my deposit. My experience with Steve was OK, But watch out for Anna and "Dealer Tricks". More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE!!! I took my Cadillac in for the first service, last weekend. first of all I tried to make an appointment and the lady said come at anytime. so I went th I took my Cadillac in for the first service, last weekend. first of all I tried to make an appointment and the lady said come at anytime. so I went there at 12 on Saturday and they said we close at 1 and cant do the service. after a bit of talking they agreed to do the service. for a luxury brand like Cadillac you would expect luxury service as well but no, not this dealership. When the service was done no one took the time to explain what they did, and worst of all, they didn't even bother to run the car through the wash. Teach your employees to tell the callers the right time for service. Overall worst dealer experience, will not take my car there and will prevent my friends from servicing their vehicle there as well. More
