Tony Ladas the Sales Consultant I was lucky enough to engage with from the beginning was friendly, informative and was truly interested in providing me with the vehicle I Wanted for the price I was looking for. Communication was excellent, phone calls and emails were promptly answered usually within minutes. There was never any issue with my spontaneous drop in visits and Tony always made himself available to answer all my questions. While my vehicle is still new and I have not used their Service Specialists, if my experience with Tony, the Financial team and Parts Dept. are any indication of their philosophy towards their customers, I fully expect my expectations to be met when or if I will require after sales service. I found Tony to be a very warm person and an excellent listener. My son's car was totally written off in a car accident and we were under the gun to find a replacement before the time limit for rental coverage set by the insurance company. Having remembered my earlier conversation with Tony, he was the first person I sought out when looking for a replacement vehicle. Within a very short time after connecting with Tony again, we had taken a test drive, concluded our negotiations and arranged for delivery of an almost-new Cruze within 48 hrs.
