When I went to New Roads Chevrolet in Newmarket their Mechanical staff was excellent, courteous and very understanding but the issues with the car was not their fault. Mark in service is awesome. Decided to buy a new car and dealt with Stefano and he was amazing as was Sarah (she is not listed below) in the office. Stefano walked me through everything and took the time to show me all the gadgets in the car. I have owned my new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze for 2 days and love the car and how it handles and would recommend this dealership all the time. Loved the experience, even if I was spending a lot of money, loved the way we were treated. Way to go people, way to go.
