The sales rep that I delt with, John, Agnew, and he put all my nerves I went to this dealership over the weekend to test drive a new Chevrolet Spark. The sales rep that I delt with, John, Agnew, and he put all my nerves at ease and made me felt comfortable during the whole process without making it feel like I needed to make a purchase. So I left the dealership with pretty much knowing I was going to make the purchase and came back later on to do so. They made it easy and simple and should I need another car I would not hesitate to go back to them to do it. More

Best Service! Class act staff, service manager and mechanics I have been have some issues with my special edition corvette and instead of going to a Barrie dealership where I live I drive to Newmarket because th I have been have some issues with my special edition corvette and instead of going to a Barrie dealership where I live I drive to Newmarket because the advisors are always friendly and helpful and John (super corvette mechanic) takes extra care of my toy and finds and fixes some complex issues other dealers couldn't find. Last but not least Nunzio the service manager has always made sure I have a car ready, extra attention and always ready to make sure I'm satisfied with my experience at New Roads. It's worth the extra drive to Newmarket and New Roads for exceptional service.i always recommend them to clients and friends More

Worst dealer ship ever I had problems with my electric start from day one I bring it back after they fixed it twice and they said my warranty was up but if you count the km I had problems with my electric start from day one I bring it back after they fixed it twice and they said my warranty was up but if you count the km it had been working for I would still be under warranty I said they said no and there solution was to buy a new car starter with out even looking at a thing my battery died that winter year 2 of owning my 2014 GMC 1500 so i bought a new one low and behold electric start works I told the dealer they said good for you we done warranty batteries what xxxxxxxx manager is a stupid xxxx More

No such thing as bumper to bumper warranty for these guys I bought a 2018 Gmc Black Kodiak crew cab,about a week later of having the truck I gave it a car wash at my house.When I was drying the truck off,I st I bought a 2018 Gmc Black Kodiak crew cab,about a week later of having the truck I gave it a car wash at my house.When I was drying the truck off,I started to notice the scrathes,to my surprise the whole truck was scratched from one end to the other.I brought the truck 3 times,they wet sanded it then put on a bunch of polish and it looked good in the shop but about 2 days later the polish faded and to my.surprise more scrathes,they told me there was nothing more to do,so let me get this straight,you scratch my truck even more and say "well sorry about the luck",I havent been more insulted in my life. More

Disappointed Unfortunately my last experience with the dealership has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will definitely not be returning. The dealership was un Unfortunately my last experience with the dealership has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will definitely not be returning. The dealership was unable to determine what the rattling sound was that my GMC had suddenly started making. They claimed it was thoroughly assessed by 3 different technicians and even compared with a newer model vehicle to mine. Consequently I was only charged half the inspection price. The sound has gotten progressively worse so I took it back to the dealership. I was advised that I had to pay for inspection again and also the fee had gone up since the previous month. When I enquired why I was also told that there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle and the sound is normal. My car has since been assessed at another place and the problem is the catalytic converter. Shocking that the dealership had no clue about the faults of their own vehicle. More
