We contacted General Motors to enquire if there were any paint issues with either your vehicle or the assembly plant. We then asked you to inspect the vehicle to ensure you were happy with the vehicle before we released it back to you. Its funny you should say that,I actually have emails from myself and to the Warranty manager stating that i was not happy with the outcome,I dont care if you have a 100 years experience,the fact is I bought a brand new truck from you guys and you keep giving me the run around,everytime you wet sand the truck it ends up being worse.The scrathes are under the clear coat,If I ran my business like this,I would not be in business,i basically got sold a new truck with a 20 year old body.I think a different approach on the truck should be taken to resolve the issue.

Last time we talked you wanted me to buy a new electric starter when I really needed a new battery after only owning my truck for two years you guys are unreasonable and you seem two cringe when you have to fix anything under warranty I payed 6000 dollars for my extended warranty and didn't get that out of it even though I should have I told you guys about my transmission will still under warranty and could get it in to see your guy till my warranty was done and all I got was the price of a new one nothing more no offers to help with anything I us to be a strong GMC supporter now I'm trading it in for a Ford you guys suck
