Worst Dealership in the Sudbury region! I've own many different brand vehicles and I was excited when I bought my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Highline from Sudbury VW. My fist mistake was to l I've own many different brand vehicles and I was excited when I bought my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Highline from Sudbury VW. My fist mistake was to listen to the sales staff about the great 12 year rust protection warranty the VW offers. Now I have a 3 year old Jetta that is showing rust problems and a useless Dealership that will not help us rectify it! I'm a firm believer in RustCheck under coating and been using it since 1992 ... my gut feeling was to ignore the 12 year rust protection from Volkswagen and just get it under coated but I didn't! It goes further then that! Every damm time the car goes in for a small issue or what not ... it ends up coming back home with nothing resolved! Oil changes takes anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours!!! The service department is horrible to say the least and the mechanics are just plain morons! I give up on this car and trading it in. Unfortunately VW don't care about customer satisfaction as they never sent me a customer satisfaction survey like the GM and Ford dealerships do! Yep German engineering at it's best (DAS JUNKO) Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere then Sudbury Volkswagen sales or Volkswagen products! Mike Cayen More
Worst dealership ever...and that's not an exaggeration! Never buy a car here! I would have given all zero stars if that was an option! I loved my VW and the North Bay dealership is great but since moving to Never buy a car here! I would have given all zero stars if that was an option! I loved my VW and the North Bay dealership is great but since moving to Sudbury these idiots have made having a VW a nightmare. Seriously, a nightmare. Our back hatch had rusted so we got pictures taken by them for the warrenty. Two years later and after calling over and over they tell us they lost everyone's warrenty pictures and have to redo them all. Which we had to call to find out, no one told us they had lost all there pictures. So we get pictures redone and another year later they finally get back to us saying they will fix the little rust spot on the front. We ask about the hatch (because it's the only spot we even told them to take pictures of!) the rust hole is now the size of a hand and they tell us they never took pictures of the spot and we can redo the three year process if we like. Well we still have the form we filled out that clearly shows that the hatch was the problem spot. We are sooo mad! This dealership seriously either has imbaciles working for them or they are purposely trying to screw their own customers over. We decided to buy a ford, because they've never treated us like xxxx, and we plan on selling our VW so we never again have to deal with the headache that dealership causes. More
Customer Service, what's that? Frustrating About six months ago, the upper fuel sensor packed it in and required replacement. This dealership had our vehicle for three days before informing us that they didm't have the parts and that they would call us the following week to schedule a follow up appointment. After not receiving a call, we initiated a call to confirm that the parts had arrived and schedule an appointment. Over $500 later, we got the vehicle back; when I questioned the cost, the response was that there was nothing they could do. Ever since then we have had service required, fuel system pressurization and other warning lights intermittently coming on. The vehicle has been returned to the dealership four times since then, each time costing $300-$500. And STILL the lights are intermittently coming on. Since this all seemed to start after the initial service, that seems to be the root cause of our woes; not according to this arrogant and useless service staff. These people seem to have $$$$ ranked WAY higher than customer satisfaction; We'll be taking our business elsewhere!! More

They don't rush you buy gently guide you into the vehicle that best suits your needs. The whole process from the first greeting to the pickup was wonderful. Service has been fantastic! I've gotten to know all of the staff by name and the care given to making sure my Golf is as new as when I bought it has been remarkable. Time estimates are accurate, their shop is one of the cleanest I've ever seen, and they stand by their work. I could go on and on, but I'll conclude with these few words - Sudbury Volkswagen Audi knows how to treat customers well. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I brought my vehicle in for servicing and to submit a rust claim. Rust claim was never submitted and even after contacting the folks at audi Canada, no claim was initiated by the dealership. Finally, after 5 months, they agreed to fix the rust areas on the vehicle. Later, brought vehicle to correct a no start issue. Issues was misdiagnosed and I had to bring it back later for more $$$$ work. Will likely now sell vehicle and move on to something else. Frustrating. More
Service rep need customer service training. Lack of communication. Customer rep didn't rely want to help me out. Had to go to VW Canada for help. Been 4 weeks since last worked on my vehicle and never received a copy of the WO yet. Had 2 previous appointment's also and still never any paper work. (2-3 months) . Called today to inquired and rep was rude and laughed over the phone because I inquiring again to have a copy of the Work Order for my files. VW Canada was helpful.... Good customer service goes a long way. (Word of mouth) Trust me i have been hearing a lot of negative things about this dealership... People drive to North Bay to buy and get there vehicle services. I know 3 couple that has need doing this for years - Now I know why. More
I have been dealing with these guys since 1992 buying new vehicles and they have always went the extra step for me . They always have given me the best service I would not buy anywhere else, the wife has dec vehicles and they have always went the extra step for me . They always have given me the best service I would not buy anywhere else, the wife has decided to buy her next new vehicle there as she has tried other makes and found out you are just a number not a customer, and the warranty is terrible for other makes as compared to Volkswagen .
