We lived several hours out of town and Calum went above and beyond to provide us information and coordinate the purchase and delivery of our vehicle. In the end, it was exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! The finance manager, Shiffon, was also incredibly accommodating. On the delivery date, there were several horrible accidents on the highway which led to us being several hours late and arriving right at closing time. Shiffon ensures that all of our paperwork was ready and that we were able to complete the delivery that day. She went above and beyond and we are very appreciative of her hard work and support. We will definitely recommend this dealership to people and continue to buy cars here in future. We’ve had good experiences there in the past, with other staff like Kristi and were very happy with Calum and Shiffon as well. More
