The policy of having all the information on hand that I needed for doing due diligence when considering a used vehicle saved me the work of doing it myself, and clearly showed that the dealer had done their homework. The dealer also gave me a record of the work they had done on the car following their inspection. Liam was attentive and responded to all my questions and concerns as well as walking me through the whole process. The purchase process was simple and straightforward, as was getting insurance through the in-house agent. The dealership went out of their way to make the delivery of the car as easy as possible for me. I was aware of some subtle sales tactics but felt little pressure to buy. Unlike a small sales business that I had visited previously I felt a little less free to examine the car as thoroughly as I might have wanted, but the situation at a city dealership is different from that at a small country business and I can understand the difference in operating procedures. This isn't a complaint, just a recognition of small differences. Living near Victoria I was not familiar with the Nanaimo Honda dealership. I was very pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone in the area. More
