Doug Large was our Sales person, who attentively listened to what I wanted, showed me what was available and stepped me through to the end of sale. I appreciated how transparent he was with information I was to what I wanted, showed me what was available and stepped me through to the end of sale. I appreciated how transparent he was with information I was asking about my trade in. He reviewed features on the new vehicle to make sure we would be comfortable with features that we weren't familiar with. The finance staff was also very good. Overall a great experience and I have no problem recommending this dealership. More
We had a signed contract. They reneged on our deal at the very last minute and left us car-less in the middle of an international move. Untrustworthy, dishonest and uninformed people - do not waste your time on them. More

Waste of time Sales person wasted our time. Did not know changes between different models of one of their most popular vehicles! Didn't know accessories, had to lo Sales person wasted our time. Didn't know accessories, had to look up and print specs, and ask service department for information all while we waited around. Wanted to deal with trade in vehicle and sign on trade paperwork before price negotiation. Wasted two trips to see him and total 4 hrs of our time before he saw manager to give us price way above MRP and other dealerships. What a joke! More
Second trip for the same recall service -waiting and waiting I'm back for a second time for the same recall service. I called two days ago to understand how long i would need to be at the dealership and was told 1 to 2 hours. I drop my car off today and was told it could take 4 to 5 hours because they have other work orders in the que. So why did you book me for an 8 am appointment, and tell me on the phone it would be 1.5 to 2 hours? On top of it you asked me if i needed an oil change on my electric car..... There has to be a better service model these mainstream dealerships can apply. There has to be a better way for the automakers to facilitate recall tracking and recall service for their existing customers. We need an 'Uber' for the automotive industry to call these companies to task. Please Myers if you have someone in your service department giving customers information about their appointments and the duration, avoid making the customer the bad guy when he arrives with that expectation. Why did I have an appointment if it just goes in line for the shop did not get car till after 5:00PM Previously called for maintenance appointment last year told 4 weeks before I could bring it in. This would be beyond warranty requirement so had to service elsewhere. When you do finally get in the shop the will try to sell overpriced maintenance service not required by the manufacturer just to pad the bill. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealer unless you have another source for service More
