Jeff was Excellent!! He was very patient and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were getting vehicle. We test drove many cars only to come back with "what else do you have?" Then it happened, he of time with us to make sure we were getting vehicle. We test drove many cars only to come back with "what else do you have?" Then it happened, he said "Hey, why don't we go ahead and try the Equinox?" In the back of my mind I thought, he knows we cannot afford the Equinox, why torture us with something we cannot have. What we didn't know at the time was that he had a few 2012 models left in February of this year that they were looking to clear out, with fantastic incentives. Well, it was love at first drive. Within minutes I had made up my mind, this was the car for us. Later that evening Jeff said to us "this is the car I had in mind for you all along, but I wanted you to try as many other cars as you needed to make sure you were really happy with your choice" Jeff, was right. It is now September and I still love my Equinox as much or maybe even more than the day we picked it up!! Jeff knew what we needed before we did but he was not pushy or aggressive like other sales people we had encountered in our vehicle search. He took the time to show us what was available with the options and payments we wanted. Thank you Jeff, you are the reason we purchased our 2012 Equinox from Myers Orleans!! More
