Service department is horrible. Wanted us to fix things that were not broken. Said they gave us a complimentary diagnostic for back up camera - the diagnostic performed was simply to replace camera as it’s usually the problem. No problem with camera, the wire was severed. No fault finding attempted, if we chose to replace camera (which wouldn’t have fixed the problem) then we would still have to pay for the new camera - and then they would have to fault find. On top of that, wanted to replace brakes, our brakes are fairly new in perfect condition. The abs module was recalled and needed to be changed - physical breaks are fine. We ended up fixing things ourselves and then taking to a different shop. Very rude and we were treated poorly for not changing out breaks. Shameful how they try to take advantage of people. More
If you are looking for a Palisade or any Hyundai -you would be doing yourself a great service by calling/visiting this dealership and asking for Mey - Meylani Susanti - the absolutely best - I called in would be doing yourself a great service by calling/visiting this dealership and asking for Mey - Meylani Susanti - the absolutely best - I called instead of going in for my first contact -was fortunate to get Mey - the dealership did not have what I wanted - and she continued to follow up with me without being an overbearing sales person - she realized I had done my research and never pushed other vehicles - she did explain the features that were comparable to what I was looking for - but not try to change my mind - she did set realistic expectations as to when the vehicle I was looking for would be available - but before it came in she had someone she knew who had previously purchased a Palisade - and with that client's permission I received a video from her showing the features of the vehicle - how exciting - made me wanting that vehicle all the more and did go in and put a down payment on the vehicle - has been less than 1 week since I picked up my vehicle and I am so appreciative of the after service follow up from Mey . Thank you again Mey. More

The worst dealership experience - i bought a Kia forte and my sales person was Hou- I didn’t get a second set of keys for the car, he simply told me the car didn’t come with one. Nor was i given a spare t and my sales person was Hou- I didn’t get a second set of keys for the car, he simply told me the car didn’t come with one. Nor was i given a spare tyre. This was my first time purchasing a car and I didn’t know the things to ask for and this dealership completely took advantage of my situation. I would say don’t go to this dealership if you don’t know a lot about cars because the salespeople aren’t trying to help. I personally will never return to this dealership again. More
