No one answering the phone in the service department today (again). Drove in to have a flat tire repaired and have a few other things looked at. They could do the tire today I was told, but for the oth today (again). Drove in to have a flat tire repaired and have a few other things looked at. They could do the tire today I was told, but for the other items I would have to make an appointment for Monday. It's too bad you can't call and make appointments over the phone. The tire needed replacing and the quote for the tire (505) an TPMS sensor (115) seemed a bit steep. I asked if they could match Canadian tire's price (452 and 56). The service manager said yes, but I had to provide a current ad. I didn't have my laptop with me and couldn't find the tire on the phone, so he wouldn't discount them. I went to Canadian Tire to get a quote from them. They hand the parts in stock and technicians available. Getting everything looked after today and saving a bundle on the way. I'm not a big fan of Canadian Tire, but Myers service is far, far far worse. More

Just bought a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado from salesperson Jesse and Zain handled the finance end. Did a trade in on the deal from 800 kilometers away. I was treated very fairly.....received excellent value on the trade in and the new truck is flawless as promised. It was also a delivery of my new truck over 600 klicks to add to the challenge. The overall price and trade in was by far superior to anything could local or any place in Ontario. Both Jesses and Zain did follow up calls to make sure I was 100% happy..... very professional and true to their words!!!! More

I would give a minus 5 star if possible. Myers Kanata refused to order/sell me a new Corvette despite promising to place me on a waitlist for nearly one year. I was to be called when my name came up and an order would be placed. I later find out there never was a list of any kind. I have the cash to pay for this car so I do not know what the issue is other than the dealers must make one xxxx of a profit off financing. The worst is the lies. Place me on a list that never existed rather than say we just do not want to sell you a Corvette. More

Oil change :) Came in to get an oil change today , the service people were so happy. Helpful and gave me a free oil change. As it was an offer till March 13. I'm so glad I went here when it was time to purchase my vehicle. and dealt with a great salesman Trevor, and he helped me find my SUV!! Definitely recommend Myers in the palladium auto park in Kanata :) and Trevor.!! More

The sales consultant that I dealt with was very personable, and willing to help my partner and I from the get-go. My partner can be very difficult when it comes to getting a bargain, and the sales consultant handled it very well. He did his best in accommodating all of our wants/needs/deals. Not only was the sales consultant helpful on the day that I bought the car, he was also helpful when I returned to the dealership for servicing. In however many years it takes me to purchase a new vehicle, I would certainly return to this dealership and I would most certainly recommend Winifred (Fred) Edwards to anybody wishing to purchase a GM vehicle.
