I recently traded in my QX50 lease for another QX50 lease at Myers Infiniti. I have to say that I am very pleased with my recent leasing experience at that dealership. The trading-in of my existing QX50 lease to a new QX50 lease went extremely well. The reason things went so well was because of Spencer Mulligan (Lease Manager), professionalism and his expert knowledge of the product. This lease transaction was conducted entirely over the phone and the internet and was completed in about 4 hours. During the negotiating process, both Spencer Mulligan and Mike Krysko (Finance Manager) were excellent. When my wife and I pick up our new lease, we found that all the staff was welcoming and that they went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. Spencer went out of his way to show me how the electronic options in the QX50 worked. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. This is my 4th Infiniti but my first at Myers Infiniti. I recently purchased a brand new Q60 from the Myers Infiniti - Hunt Club dealership. It was my very first time dealing with Infiniti and they went above and beyond to give us a pleasant experience. My sale agent was Amin; my husband and I really like him and he was definitely the reason why our car shopping experience was so good. Honestly, Amin was just the right fit for us; he was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous but not so insistent about making a sale. I felt that he was there for us and listen to our needs. In the end, Amin found us the perfect car, we are thrilled with it. Amin made the process of purchasing a car exciting; on that note, when we tried cars; Amin was always organized, everything was all set up, ready to go! I won't lie, negotiating is not my forté. With Amin, there was no awkwardness…he was upfront which made the process so much better. The after service has been also excellent, Amin always takes the time to answer my texts when I have a question. I also would like to point out that the entire Infiniti Myers team has been nothing but nice and considerate. Mike, the Financial Manager was also great to deal with and very effective. Was not happy with lack of customer service until I asked to cancel my appointment due to no loaner and no shuttle service. It was only when I arrived to pick up my wheels to get serviced somewhere else was to cancel my appointment due to no loaner and no shuttle service. It was only when I arrived to pick up my wheels to get serviced somewhere else was it offered that they can work on my vehicle right away, it would only take an hour and free wheel storage was offered. I gave them a chance to make it right. I hope in future things can be made right from the start. More
