In my particular case, they worked with me to confirm and find a component that is no longer manufactured by Infiniti in an attempt to repair my 2014 Q50S' Direct Adaptive Steering system. Despite having to source my own CCM, pay for a wee bit of "experimental" maintenance, and still driving away without power steering, Myers Infiniti put in some serious O/T to try to tackle one of the most catastrophic problems still plaguing the 2014-2016 Q50s generation.
