The Myers Infiniti service department staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you through the diagnostic and repair process end to end. In my particular case, they worked with me to confirm and find a component that is no longer manufactured by Infiniti in an attempt to repair my 2014 Q50S' Direct Adaptive Steering system. Despite having to source my own CCM, pay for a wee bit of "experimental" maintenance, and still driving away without power steering, Myers Infiniti put in some serious O/T to try to tackle one of the most catastrophic problems still plaguing the 2014-2016 Q50s generation. Taylor's constant professionalism throughout the process is a testament to their overall approach to a positive customer experience. More
