Amazing!! Tim and TC and all the staff at My Car went above and beyond for my last car sale. There were some unforeseeable issues that came up and they did their very best to fix them. I walked away beyond happy and got everything I wanted despite a few bumps (that were no ones fault). The guys did an excellent job cleaning up my car and making it look and feel brand new to me. I have now bought 2 cars from them and my sisters each 1 totaling 4 cars for our family. They are a pleasure to deal with and make everything as easy as possible while bending over backwards for their customers. I could have gone to a thousand other places but I did not and would not. I go where I am treated well and feel comfortable. Inside the show room and all the way to the service area I have yet to encounter one person that hasn't provided me with the very best customer service!!! More

We met Erik Lloyd, a very personable individual, who gave us a detailed perspective on the vehicles we were considering purchasing. Throughout our test driving and eventual decision to purchase, he never attempted to sway our decision in a particular direction; but offered constructive opinions when asked. As we were financing the buy personally we did not need to deal with MyCar for that process. We have had visits with other dealerships selling both new and used vehicles in this area; most leaving a sour taste afterward. Not this time and definitely not with this individual. We highly recommend that you visit MyCar and ask for Erik if you want an honest opinion about a vehicle and an overall pleasant experience in purchasing. More
