Muskoka Kia

I Brought my Kia Sorento in for a repair for the trailer lights not working. They did the repair and charged $388.64. I also told them I had the extended protection plan and they confirmed that with my VIN. lights not working. They did the repair and charged $388.64. When I got home and checked my records for my 5 year/200,000 km Breakdown Protection Plan, I see that the wiring harnesses installed at purchase, are covered. I also see that it is also part of a safety recall, #RC170, and even mentioned the same part number they replaced. I called Muskoka Kia and spoke the service department and they deny the coverage and wouldn't reimburse me. I then called Kia Protection department, and they advised it Was in fact covered, and they Would reimburse me. Obviously, Muskoka Kia Service Department people aren't Properly informed, and should have done more to verify the coverage I have. Had they done that, they should have quickly reimbursed me for the charges that I paid! DONT GO TO SERVICE DEPT! More

Product and Service are absolutely terrible.  Brought our Brand New Kia Sportage (bought from Sudbury Kia dealership) to Muskoka Kia for routin ...... Product and Service are absolutely terrible.  Brought our Brand New Kia Sportage (bought from Sudbury Kia dealership) to Muskoka Kia for routine maintenance and detailing.  Was told that mandatory Brake Inspection was due and then denied telling it was mandatory and charged us for it when actual fact it is only suggested for it to be done. Got the car back with scrapes from the vacuuming on door frames, interior decals came off and they decide to change the front plate cover to their own Muskoka Kia plate cover while the Sudbury Kia dealers plate cover still on the rear?!  They do not take any responsibility!  Stupid us, bought a Brand New Sorento at Muskoka Kia dealership. Within 5 years had many issues with the Brand New Sorento.  Don't ever buy used.  Buy new and take advantage of the bumper to bumper warranty and rust control module because you will use it!  Air Conditioning replaced twice, side mirror motor replaced, Water Pump replaced, leather seat easily tore but replaced, wheel bearing replaced and rust in many places.  If we could rate this dealership no stars we would!  Being in Muskoka doesn't mean it's good. More
