When I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change and detailing I ended up with my BSD light on my drivers mirror on and a triangle light on my dash. Went back and Tim tried to fix it even tho it was clo detailing I ended up with my BSD light on my drivers mirror on and a triangle light on my dash. Went back and Tim tried to fix it even tho it was closing time. So this means another two hour trip back to fix it. More
Service like always outstanding, Kim is amazing Please don't ever be like the rest of the dealers here in Med Hat, that don't care about their customers. This was not mentioned during the drop off of the vehicle, though “no recalls” was mentioned. The dealership should mention this extra work ($189.00) and discuss with the vehicle owner about driving conditions that the owner drives the vehicle in as on the Hyundai website. When I asked about the work, it was “alluded” that if this work wasn’t done, Hyundai may void any warranty work in the future with the fuel system. I purchased extended warranty that wasn’t cheap. I would be really upset if things weren’t covered because I didn’t do RECOMMENDED work. It gave me pause enough to feel like I HAD to get the work done. I don’t like this wishy washy information and the way it was communicated. More
