Communication flow through the service work process requires improvement. Have had several appointments as of late with very little to no communication from the advisors, even when requested to be con requires improvement. On one recent appointment, I had been informed verbally that air our conditioning repair would only cost a couple of hundred dollars; only to come to the dealership and find that it was going to cost almost $600. Needless to say I was very upset(especially when they found no leaks in the system) because our vehicle is still under extended warranty. I never received any printed quote prior to authorizing any repairs to the system that day. They stated that it was texted to me but I never got that text. Shouldn't have been texted anyways. Any professional quotes I have dealt over my 28 year career were either in person or by email. Very disappointed for such a prestigious company. More

I continued on to Brandon and was out with a service and an oil change within 45 mins. They even washed my truck. Excellent service. If I lived in Manitoba I would purchase my next truck there. More

I also discovered my right rear tire was low so pulled up to the service doors and I asked if I could get air in my tire that was low and I give Alex Murray from Quick Lube a excellence in helping me out not only adding air in my low tire but checking all 4 tire pressure for me and finding out there was a leak in the stem valve and getting it replaced and back to me in a short time. I would never go anywhere else would highly recommend Murray Chevrolet Buick GMC Brandon. I truly love the staff and service they give to there customers. More
