When I phoned on the progress on the maintenance of my car I got the information right away. They got my car in and out in good time and washed it quickly when I said I needed it right away for work. Communication flow through the service work process requires improvement. Have had several appointments as of late with very little to no communication from the advisors, even when requested to be con requires improvement. On one recent appointment, I had been informed verbally that air our conditioning repair would only cost a couple of hundred dollars; only to come to the dealership and find that it was going to cost almost $600. Needless to say I was very upset(especially when they found no leaks in the system) because our vehicle is still under extended warranty. I never received any printed quote prior to authorizing any repairs to the system that day. They stated that it was texted to me but I never got that text. Shouldn't have been texted anyways. Any professional quotes I have dealt over my 28 year career were either in person or by email. Very disappointed for such a prestigious company. More
