Negative Experience Use to take my ford rangers there for oil changes, their service department was always cold and unwelcoming to me. I bought a Ford Focus out of area and it was having transmissions issues so I took it to Murphy Ford and they were absolutely unhelpful and accommodating, they then tried to charge me more for snow tire change then what they agreed to on the phone. After filling out a survey sent from ford on my experience, they called me and expressed on how they didnt like what I wrote and banned me from their place of business all over a survey. Instead of trying to change my bad experiences which could of been solved with a civil conversation and apologies. Jokes on them I just recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape titanium fully loaded. Commission/ Sale they have lost to another Ford dealership that was eager to make my experience amazing and take my money. There’s a reason Erinwood Ford is the number 1 selling dealership in Canada. Maybe Murphy ford should ask them for tips? More
