When i picked it up was told they put on new tires ( cheap ones) and installed a new battery (they didn't). Seat belt light came on soon after purchase and the transmission started leaking and making noise not long after that. $2000 repair. Don't buy their junk! Prices non- negotiable. More

The Most Honest Car Dealer in Toronto Murad Auto Sales in Ajax I must say has to be the most honest car dealer in the GTA. 2 Years ago I purchased a car from this dealer and they were very Murad Auto Sales in Ajax I must say has to be the most honest car dealer in the GTA. 2 Years ago I purchased a car from this dealer and they were very straight forward honest and made my car buying experience very pleasant. I was a first time car buyer and it was an intimidating process. Matt and Mike was so very helpful and kind I was surprised as I've heard from friends and family a lot of negative things about the used car business. I have had my car now for 2 years and no problems and I would recommend anyone that's looking for a good used vehicle to visit or call these guys in Ajax. They are a well run dealership and honesty is at the core of their business operations. Good Job guys I will buy from you again and I will always recommend you to my family and Friends. Steve More
Terrible at everything I bought a Kia Rio 2007 on Auguest 31st $4000+ . My engine light went on Sept 28th. The agreement when I bought the car was if engine light when on within 30 days they would pay half to fix it. I called them on September 29th. Told the owner engine light was on. He told me since you had over 1000km on it; there is nothing he could do. There was a bunch of other little problem with the car like head lights out, and the car stunk really bad. etc as well Here was his response "you bought a $4000 car not a $47000." he also used the analogy of buying a jumbo jet and how there would be different price, and you get what u pay for" (good one for a car) and my favorite. "no one forced you to buy the car". My response "ur right. No one forced you to buy the car either. He is suppose to have the car knowledge as he is selling it; not buy in bulk and hope for the best without checking any of the cars he buys. This is not Costco or Walmart where you have to manage 1000's of sku's. Check ur xxxx They dont check there cars before selling them. Don't buy More
Avoid at all costs I bought a car from them 6 months ago. After driving the car for 10 kms the engine light popped up. Apparently they reset the lights before test drive I bought a car from them 6 months ago. After driving the car for 10 kms the engine light popped up. Apparently they reset the lights before test drive. The engine needed a 600 dollars sensor change. The key of the car was a vale key that did not allow the control of the trunk door( they told me it is a lock prb and cheap to replace) and it cost an other 300 dollars to get the original key to release the vale lock. The owner said it is a used car , i am not going to fix such a cheap car. Avoid at all costs More
was not happy when ever you buy a car there, just before they turn the car over to you, they will tell you the shop that certified the car and they tell you if you when ever you buy a car there, just before they turn the car over to you, they will tell you the shop that certified the car and they tell you if you have any problems with the car to see them. This completely takes any responsibility off them. most of their cars come from Quebec, in Quebec its not illegal to turn the millage back and they use lots and lots of salt on their roads most cars from Quebec are rust buckets. Felt Belittled Treated with disrespect by the older sales man, including being told to calm down (when all I did was question why he was showing me a Car Accident Re Treated with disrespect by the older sales man, including being told to calm down (when all I did was question why he was showing me a Car Accident Report for a different vehicle, wasnt even the same VIN). They screwed up the paper work, forcing us to wait an additional 3 days and also denied the original ad stated working AC so they could get out of fixing it. They force you into agreeing that the engine and AC is not included in any kind of warranty (even the one you purchase). Paper work given to us for repairs done by their mechanic was not accurate, after inspection from my trusted mechanic (not all brakes were actually fixed). It was a very disheartening experience. I get that buying from a used car dealership is usually not pleasurable, but the treatment by the staff and the shady "repairs" has made it clear this is not a good option. Please keep shopping! AVOID! More
DON'T EVEN BOTHER This dealership sucks! I should have known not to go here by the look of it. The trailer looks sketchy and smells like cigarettes. The staff (especial This dealership sucks! I should have known not to go here by the look of it. The trailer looks sketchy and smells like cigarettes. The staff (especially the older guy in the office to the left) barely knows whats going on. He screwed up my paperwork (contracts!) 3 times before getting it right. They lied about components of the car working when, in fact, they didn't. I would highly suggest you spend the extra money and go somewhere more trustworthy and somewhere that will appreciate your business a lot more than these guys. Good prices but some of the xxxxtiest customer service and shady practices. More
