Moynes Ford Sales

I purchased a 2019 Ford F150 truck through Tim.  The sale went smoothly but I wasn't  told the truth about the trucks capabilities.    Being a woman and knowing nothing about motors and gear ratios, I was re went smoothly but I wasn't  told the truth about the trucks capabilities.    Being a woman and knowing nothing about motors and gear ratios, I was relying on my salesman to be honest with me which he wasn't.  The truck has the wrong gear ratio in the rear end for what I need.  When I sent an email complaining,  I was totally ignored.  Very poor customer service in my opinion. In addition to that the truck has a motor issue....it burns oil!  This  was a common problem with the 2018 V8 5L motors but at the time of purchase, I was 100% assured that this problem had been fixed with the 2019.models.  Wrong, this truck has the problem.  Ford has said they will fix at their expense but before they do,  I have the headache of going back and forth to the dealer to have the oil checked by their mechanic to prove the problem exists.    I bought a new vehicle because I didn't want to have the headache of the repairs you encounter with older vehicles.  I would never purchase from Moynes again.  More
