Regretful. Never again. Hands down the most terrible service I have ever had. I had to chase the service department with phone calls just to get basic information regarding t Hands down the most terrible service I have ever had. That's if i was lucky enough to get a call back after countless voicemail's being left. Service adviser called me to set up a rental car pick up. Meanwhile, I had already picked up my truck five hours prior as it was finished being serviced. Great to know that they knew my truck was taken off the lot. More

This was the first time my husband and I have ever purchased a new vehicle and I felt like Justin was just as happy for us as we were! (even more so when he got to tell us we won the bbq in a draw they were having!)
