Huge help in the midst of an emergency! My boyfriend and I had a breakin over the weekend, when we realized they had taken the spare key to my Jeep panic set in. I called Rony ( my sales guy My boyfriend and I had a breakin over the weekend, when we realized they had taken the spare key to my Jeep panic set in. I called Rony ( my sales guy ) and asked him what my options were, he filled me in and even offered to keep my car inside the dealership until Monday morning. Because I needed my car we chose another option. I showed up 1st thing Monday morning, without an appointment. The service department was clearly VERY busy! Bobby was running around with about 6 sets of keys in his hand , when it was my turn I explained my situation to him and without hesitation he took care of me immediately! He was friendly, understanding and never once gave me hard time about not having an appointment. Rony meet me there in the morning even tho his shift didn't start until later, to make sure I was properly taken care of, and even had a loaner car waiting for me. Rony and Bobby made otherwise stressful situations a breeze for me, I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for me! You have a customer for life!! More

The worst service I have ever received We were returning customers. Two years ago we leased and now we purchased a new vehicle.
