Greta experience! I decided that it was time to get a new car so I researched various makes and models. I decided on a Jeep and visited various Chrysler dealers. When I arrived at Motor City Chrysler I was met by Jarrod Funkenhauser. I found him to be pleasant and welcoming as I do not like visiting car dealerships --for the most part. Told Jarrod what I was looking for and he immediately said that he understood what I wanted and can he show me a few options. A little while later I was signing documents purchasing a new vehicle. The financing department was also great to work with--easy and fast. The whole experience was pleasant, thorough, and fast. Di not feel any pressure whatsoever and that's probably the reason why I purchased from Motor City Chrysler. Jarrod Funkenhauser , the salesperson was super to work with. He did not pressure and related to my car needs. Would I recommend Motor City and Jarrod--I already have and yes will continue to recommend them. In all, a great experience. More

As a single mum, I needed a reliable vehicle but didn't think I could qualify for financing. Motor City Chrysler exceeded my purchasing expectations! As a single mum, I needed a reliable vehicle but didn't think I could qualify for financing. Not only did their financing department work with me to secure financing for a new Grand Caravan but gave me the best pricing in the city!! If you're unsure what to purchase, Justin knows so much about vehicles. (He reminds me of an old skool 'motorhead.') He's so highly knowledgeable about the vehicle specs and was as enthusiastic about what a minivan could offer my family as he was describing his Super Bee! At one point I was considering purchasing a Jeep but after we sat down and compared the two vehicles, I decided on the Grand Caravan. I didn't feel pressured at any point. Upon meeting Justin, you will find that he has a smile on his face and genuinely cares about his clients. Since purchasing my vehicle he as checked in with us to make sure we're enjoying our vehicle and to ensure everything is operating as we had hoped. I have recommended both Justin and Motor City Chrysler to everyone who has noticed that we're finally in a beautiful, reliable vehicle built right here in Windsor, Ontario!
