Very poor customer service The following will be the reason for my poor review... I made an appointment to have three things done: 1. To have the recall needed for my Jeep rep The following will be the reason for my poor review... I made an appointment to have three things done: 1. To have the recall needed for my Jeep repaired (Free of charge to me) 2. To have them fix some anchors on the back seat that they accidentally broke last time they were servicing my car (Free of charge to me) 3. My first oil change for my brand new Jeep (First 5 oil changes were suppose to be free of charge as per the agreement with my sales person) I called the day before my appointment to clarify a few things, left a message and nobody every called me back. Therefore I just took a chance and went in that night to drop my car off my Jeep and I confirmed with the lady at the desk that I would not be charged for anything that was being done. She stated that she did not see free oil changes on my file, ( I was told when I bought my car they would be in my file) however she wrote a note in my file saying that they were going to confirm with my salesman Ronnie. The next day on my way to work I went to pick up my Jeep and of course they tried to charge me for the oil change despite the note that was in my file. As it was after hours and I believe the managers were gone at that time she let me go without paying. However now I'm sure I'm going to have this same problem the next 4 times I go for the rest of my oil changes. The next day I noticed this "Lock I.D. Card" piece of paper with a large bolt type thing attached to it was in my cupholder. Nobody told me what this was or what it was for. There are instructions on it to mail it in somewhere in case I need a new key or lock however I have no idea what it is and honestly it looks like something that could have been left in my car by mistake by the service workers as they did not mention it to me at all and seems like something the dealership should deal with. It was the weekend when I found this so I called the dealership on Monday to inquire about it and was transferred to the service person Bobby's phone I believe. No answer, left a message. It is now Wednesday night and I have not received a call back. I also tried calling again later that day again with no response. However I did receive an email saying I missed my appointment....not sure why. Getting frustrated now, I decided to contact the service manager. As it was just after 5pm on Monday I left the service manager a voicemail to please call me back as I am disappointed in the service I received and still have questions regarding the lock ID card and the oil changes. It is now Wednesday night and I have not even received a phone call back from her either. Overall I think the dealership should at a bare minimum give it's customers the courtesy of calling them back when messages are left. And if the lock ID card was in fact meant to be left in my car it would have been helpful for the service person to notify me and give an explanation rather than just leaving it in my cupholder for me to find on my own. I'm not sure if or when I'll be getting a call back from the dealership, but maybe if they see this review they will take their customers calls more seriously. I won't be contacting them again until my next oil change is due and then i'll have to try to ensure they keep up their end of the free oil changes I was suppose to receive. For the lack of support and service I received as explained above I would not recommend this dealership. More
Bad customer service by managers I went in with my kids to buy a Jeep, had a good experience with the sales person, her name was Randi Soulliere, she helped us out, went for a test dr I went in with my kids to buy a Jeep, had a good experience with the sales person, her name was Randi Soulliere, she helped us out, went for a test drive and decided to lease the car, was suggested to get a coverage for excess wear and tear, was given a quote and what it would cover. When we actually went to finalize the deal the business manager quoted verbally that excessive mileage of 10K is covered so signed yes. When came home got a call saying am sorry the mileage coverage is 5K, so decided to go and talk with sales manager and find out what exactly was covered, the sales manager did not acknowledge my presence in his office did not offer me a seat and just started asking me questions as if I was lying or something, when I informed him of the facts, I was told that no extra mileage is covered , when asked then how could his business manager offer it the answer was I don't know. The conversation was on the border of being rude. I would definately not recommend any one to buy from them if you want to please research every thing. More

Always great when I deal with Rony!!! I have been dealing with this dealership the last 20 plus years and have seen many changes thru the years...some good...some not so good...the service I have been dealing with this dealership the last 20 plus years and have seen many changes thru the years...some good...some not so good...the service I got was up and down...there are only certain people that I will deal with that keep me coming back because they will go above and beyond for me and will actually listen to my concerns...as I have purchased 5 vehicles with them over these years....Rony is my sales guy and I will stick with him as long as he is in the business...there are also a few more that I would love to mention there names if I remembered...Kim that works in oil changes...a couple of the service advisors...Tom that does the shuttle...these people have been there for years and their service has been greatly appreciated!!! I find my overall experiance.. friendliness...quality of work excellent only when I am dealing with certain people... More
