Biggest Mistake I’ve Ever Made I bought a 2017 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Motor City Chrysler October 24th, 2017. Within two weeks I noticed it was running kinda roug I bought a 2017 fully loaded Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Motor City Chrysler October 24th, 2017. Within two weeks I noticed it was running kinda rough, and the mileage was terrible. I contacted them about the situation in which they told me, “it’s a Jeep they aren’t the best on gas”. Then following week we had some rain to find that my driver side a pillar was soaked and pouring onto the panelling, seat, door and had puddled on the floor. I contacted them again on a Friday to which again they said they where too busy to bring it in Monday, so I did, and had them look at all the issues. Now I’m stranded without a vehicle because Motor City Chrysler states you have to wait 24hr before you are able to get a car, I call the next day for them to then say the paperwork has not been written up yet so it’s 24hr after the paperwork is completed, three days later, I get a vehicle, to which was a ford, which means they made me go through three vehicle swaps in less then two days before getting a loner car. Then they say the following Monday that my car is ready to be picked up at 4:00pm and said he loaner needed to be returned before I get charged with little to no time to get that all straightened out. I managed to get my car back, to find all the garbage and some parts sitting in my cup hold and all over the floors from the work that was done. Then I call Jason Bray, the so-called Wonderful GM, who stated he would make this all up too me about all this none sense and crap I went through, to then just received a email stated he did not say he was going todo anything and that I need to still complete the tasks they asked me to complete for the fuel mileage. Which btw, it’s now over a month later and I’m getting 17-18L to 100km, spending my own fuel on a broken car to prove to them there is an issue, also not to mention they sold me as “NEW” which it was actually a “DEMO” stated in the bill of sale, same with marked up kilometres. Also RED FLAG*** my girlfriend purchased a brand new 2017 jeep renegade, for them to throw her through the ringer on getting it, then they tried to push another renagage on to her saying this one is the one you wanted, which was not at all. I have never felt so used, so picked on and abused by a dealership in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend Motor City Chrysler to my worst enemy. For any potential buyer please do your research and never go to Motor City Chrysler. More

Mechanics are incompetent. Go elsewhere for service. 1.5 year old van brought in for multiple problems.... sway bar links were broken, which caused the tires to wear unevenly and now need to be replaced, 1.5 year old van brought in for multiple problems.... sway bar links were broken, which caused the tires to wear unevenly and now need to be replaced, I was sarcastically told by a service adviser that I needed to do an alignment every 20,000 km (van has 40,000 kms on it)...so in 1.5 years of owning I would have had to do 2 alignments....that is misinformation. While van was in for service I told the CSW that if my van needed to stay overnight that I needed a loaner, it stayed for 3 days, I had to complain to get a loaner on the second day, and when I picked up my van the one problem was not fixed. I complained of a noise in the dash when it hit 70 kms/hr. They did a bunch of jerry rigs to the dash and then blamed the noise on the headphones in the glove box (no mention of removing them to verify). Van clearly was not taken for a road test up to 70kms per hour. Took it right back got service manager involved did a proper road test and he heard the noise... it spent the weekend there to be looked at on Monday. New report said the mechanic could not hear the noise (obviously not taken up to 70kms/hr again) and had to wait for someone else (Tom)....finally took up to highway speeds (our roads only go to 60km/hr and are very busy around the dealer, so you have to get on the highway to get over 70 km/hr) and turned out it was a loose heat shield. Picked up van, noise finally gone but it still has to go back b/c waiting on another part. Now I find a charge on my credit card that I was not informed about, probably about the loaner. I will be going in to complain about that. And also file a complaint with FCA about the problems my van has had in the little time I have had it. The only good thing was they fixed an imaginary tranny leak (nothing seen in my driveway (we only have one car), and was labeled as costumer complaint, which was not). Will never be back to them for service or to buy a car, which is a shame b/c the sales agent was awesome. More

Jeff helped out my mom and I and ordered the piece we needed with next day delivery and offered us a very fair price on the hardware. We were from out of town and treated like locals. She was very accommodating with our needs and able to work with us, which meant a lot to us after dealing with other dealerships. After all was done and said we were able to purchase the original vehicle we wanted, they had it returned to the dealership a few days later and had it safetied and washed and checked over throughly. We even made a few comments which were dealt with and fixed. Randi was an extremely pleasant salesperson to work with. More
