Poor & slow service, rude staff We needed a simple service- to check why the engine light was on. I asked them just to check it and that if it wasn’t serious we would wait till a less busy time to fix it. I was told to bring my car in around 10:00am on Wednesday January 3rd and that I would have it back one way or another by that evening. By 3:30pm I hadn’t had a call back so I called only to be told that they hadn’t even moved my car from where I left it yet, and that it likely would have to wait till tomorrow. The next morning I called at 8:45am to see what kind of time frame I could expect and I left a message. By 11:00am I hadn’t heard back so I called again only to be told that they had 4 service staff members off that day and likely wouldn’t get to my car. The woman I spoke to said that she was sorry and asked if it was okay to wait for the next day. I told her that I needed my car that day as both of my childrens’ car seats were in it and I didn’t have another car or the ability to wait for a third day. She said she would call me back before 2:00pm and that if it was not finished by then, I could come pick it up. By 2:15pm I hadn’t heard back so I called again and was put on hold. Twenty five minutes passed before the receptionist came back and said she didn’t know where anyone was and I’d have to wait till after 3:00pm to speak to someone. I asked to speak to a manager and she said, “there is no one in charge here today, sorry”, and hung up the phone. I called back and was yet again put on hold. While on hold, I got a call on another line from the service department. I put the original call on hold and answered it—it was the service department and they said no one had told them I had called or that I was waiting. Three times during this call I asked to speak to a manager and all three times I was told that there was not a single person that was in charge in the whole building The woman there informed me that Ray had just brought my car in and I could probably expect my car to be done that day. Again I stated that I needed my car to be able to pick up my children at 3:00pm and that I had been promised a call back by 2:00pm—it was now 2:45pm—to let me know if it was done or not. She put me on hold for 3 minutes, came back saying Ray just checked and that the problem was minor and could wait. By 3:15pm I was at the dealership to pick it up. I told the receptionist I was there to pick Up my car and after asking my name, she rolled her eyes and said “here”, slammed my key and a bill down on the desk, and didn’t say another word. Throughout this ridiculous ordeal I also found out that the gold warranty we got with our van in July when we purchased it had never been put in our name, so we had no coverage for any of the work possibly needed anyway. If I could, I would go back to July and never buy a vehicle from this disorganized, mismanaged business. Their reception desk is rude beyond belief, the service staff I spoke to had no clue what was going on in their own department, and the fact that despite three requests, I couldn’t once speak to anyone that would actually take responsibility for the fact that I had been left without a vehicle for two days in order to fix a problem (that didn’t get fixed anyway) that took a total of three minutes to diagnose. Never, ever again. What a waste of my family’s time and money. I already regret the next 2 years on the warranty we purchased (that hopefully is actually in our name by now) because I’ll be forced to deal with the same incompetent service over and over again. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to find something that worked in our budget and fit our lifestyle perfectly. In the end we got exactly what we were looking for and left feeling like a part of the family.
