Wayne Rogers is the man I want to start my review out by saying that we almost walked out of Motor City Chrysler when we stopped in to inquire about a new truck. We were greeted buy a sales employee that we sat down with. Well things were not going too well so we made the decision to say that we were not interested and wanted to do some more research on our truck first. As we stood up to walk out the sales person said "look let me get you someone who knows about your truck you want to build. Im sorry but I really do not know much about trucks" And because of that honesty we were hooked. We were introduced to Wayne Rogers. Wayne was very knowledgeable, Honest and extremely fair. We ended up buying our dream truck. A Ram 2500 Limited. Everything went smooth and without delay. We went back to Wayne Last month and ended up purchasing our 2018 Charger Hellcat. Thanks Wayne. Won't go back We purchased a used van and was totally snowed by the salesmen. We had a couple chips of paint on the back of the van and asked to have it painted and We purchased a used van and was totally snowed by the salesmen. We had a couple chips of paint on the back of the van and asked to have it painted and they agreed to do it so I brought it in they assured me it would be done to perfection. When I picked it up 2 days later I could have done the job, they took a paint brush and dabbed it on the spots and it is so visable. I asked that it get done properly and they refused to take care of it. When we actually purchased the van the salesmen stated the van was just loaded with everything. He pointed out a few features and changed the subject. We never did get an option list like we requested before purchasing and he made sure to tell us we would get one but never did. Our van was not loaded and I ended up having to spend big money just to get remote start and we could never get the GPS like I originally wanted and voiced. They sure know how to snow people and keep you busy thinking you are getting options when you aren't. I wish I would have been way more insistent and not so passive and trusting. Never again! More

We were very happy with our purchase as well as the service we received 5 days later when, on my way to work, I managed to pick up a screw in the side of my tire and was rapidly losing air. Rick, who was on his way out the door to begin his vacation, stayed late to arrange the tire replacement and gave me a loaner so I wouldn't be late for work. Great service, would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
