Mike in the business office was professional and courteous. He explained all the additional options including extended warranty and financing. VEHICLE NOT REPAIRED I brought my vehicle into Motor City Chrysler because it would conk out while driving, this happened at various speeds defeating the power steering an I brought my vehicle into Motor City Chrysler because it would conk out while driving, this happened at various speeds defeating the power steering and brakes. I had it at Motor City five times for this condition, they could not find the problem, but they did start changing modules. one of the modules they changed twice!!!! Also, they couldn't test one of the modules so I had to pay for a new one, ( $ 1034.00 ) this didn't solve the problem so they gave me my money back.They also changed a module and charged it to my extended warranty company, this didn't resolve the issue either. I did inform Tri-Care that this module that they paid for did not rectify the problem and that they should ask for their money back.My vehicle is still not repaired . I contacted Chrysler Customer Care and made them aware. More
