service Your salesman Dean was excellent but as far as service, I had to bring car in for dirt under the paint and I was basically told it is a long process a Your salesman Dean was excellent but as far as service, I had to bring car in for dirt under the paint and I was basically told it is a long process and to leave it but I know if it a stone hits that spot it won't be covered under warranty. I felt that they didn't want to take the time and to the job. So I brought it to Windsor Chrysler to the paint shop at least they explained to me what they would have to do but they are willing to do it since it is under warranty. Also when I call to get the car in it takes way to long to get a date and time and I am a new customer when bringing it to Windsor Chrysler they just said bring it in and they were happy to help me. It was something small that took 15 min and just made me feel they were willing to help me. Since I had to bring it back for new rotars and the under spray re-sprayed since it wasn't done right and then the paint issue I was not to happy but Dean did go out of his way to help me which I have nothing bad to say about him since he did do his job but service needs to improve. Hopefully the next time I bring it in it's better. More

Fantastic service and No high pressure tactics I wasn't sure that I was going to buy when I walked in to the showroom and if I had been given a high pressure pitch I would have left. He was patient with us. I like to take my time and weigh my options and alternatives and he gave us the time to do that and was available to answer questions when we had them. Mike was very informative and again no high pressure pitch regarding financing or extended warranty, just calm facts and figures. (I was with my sister when she bought a car in Toronto and if I had to go through the high pressure pitch I witnessed her fend off I would not have bothered!) I really appreciate the professional and courteous service we received at Motor City Chrysler and would recommend them to anyone. More
