very rood technicians, couldn't figure out the problem and Sales man didn't even move from his desk to show wich car i am buying. No sales . Then they had to remove the whole dashboard to gix the heat coil then the cigarette lighter then the entertainment plugs in the back then front headlight was leaking water and till now they couldn't fix the creeking coming from the front passenger side and rear brake calipers making like spring noise . I contacted Kevin Harvey he gave me the scoop and answered all my questions promptly, we quickly agreed on a price that I was happy with. I had some hiccups getting the money to them at first but they were understanding, they had to change the paperwork a couple of times for me. When I arrived in Windsor to pick up the truck Kevin picked me up and took me to the dealership, we had coffee went over the truck, the truck was as described and over all I am very happy with it.
