Throughout all our interactions, she didn’t once increase the tone of her voice. She’s calm, deliberate, and respectful. She worked really hard to fit me to the right vehicle. Despite, again, not being the easiest customer in the world, she was able to keep me happy and satisfied. Her communication was consistent. She set clear expectations and timelines, and met them. We came in on a few hot days, with our children, and she made sure that they were attended to and kept calm, while we conducted business. I really appreciate her patience with all of us, and will certainly be recommending her to others. Thanks again for all your help - sorry for being a pain! More
