He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the features of the vehicle clearly, and gave us some very useful advice throughout the process. It truly felt like he was looking out for our best interests. One thing we really appreciated was that he worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate possible.
