Happy Nissan Pathfinder Owner The first time I walked into Morrey Infiinit/Nissan dealership in Port Coquitlam, I was greeted by General Manager Jason Morrey who was friendly and p The first time I walked into Morrey Infiinit/Nissan dealership in Port Coquitlam, I was greeted by General Manager Jason Morrey who was friendly and professional. Mr. Morrey had Sales Consultant Ash Ji follow up my interest in purchasing a brand new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Ash set up a time and date for me to test drive the vehicle and had the vehicle washed and cleaned upon my arrival. Ash was very friendly, professional and knowlegeable too. He answered all my questions about the vehicle the night I test drove it. I also met Sales Manager Frank who was very friendly. The dealership went above and beyond to get the model and option package that I wanted by going to other dealerships within the province to get it. On the day of delivery, Ash offered me water or coffee as soon as I walked in the dealership. He went through the vehicle to familiarize myself with my new vehicle. He set up my phone's Bluetooth, showed me the instrumental panel and settings, memory driver's seat, power tailgate, etc. He also placed my new all weather mats that I had purchased too from Parts Manager Bruce after introducing me to other staff from the service department. Business office staff Karen was friendly and explanined the various extended warranty packages availabel to me. A manufacturers defect caused thousands of transmissions to fail in Nissan Pathfinders including mine. I was told that $5000 was a deal they could offer me to replace my transmission although it was 3 years old. Nissan and Morrey Nissan were very deceptive and selective with which vehicle they chose to repair under warranty when it should have been a recall all along. People within the dealership who were my "friends" were no longer friends. I have purchased over $70,000 of Nissan vehicles but was told by service advisors and Morrey Nissan staff that I was not a good customer. Gee - what does it take? Are these people you want to purchase a vehicle from? Trust me, buy something else and not from Morrey! More
