My CarPlay didn’t work properly, instead of sending me to one of their technicians to fix it, Kevin took the time and tried different ways to make it work. Kelvin is very knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles and provides great customer service to his customers. Purchased a 2017 Rogue (used) Mar 5 2021. Complained that the transmission was slipping in Dec 2021. Only use the car part time and I ride a motorcycle in the summer.
