Great service I have been a Nissan owner for the past 20 years. I have always brought my vehicles back to Morrey Nissan for service. I bought a Toyota Prius a coupl I have been a Nissan owner for the past 20 years. I have always brought my vehicles back to Morrey Nissan for service. I bought a Toyota Prius a couple of years as a second vehicle and brought that vehicle to a Toyota dealership for service. I found the customer service at Toyota was less friendly than Morrey. Also, they did not provide the same service like washing and vaccuming the vehicle after the service has been completed. Little things like this makes the experience more positive. It shows that the people at Morrey really cares about their customer and their vehicle. Thanks to the service department at Morrey Nissan. More

The service was excellent. The service and personal were very thorough and friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to buy or make a rash decision on a vehicle. Overpriced car, subpar quality of service My purchase of 2016 Nissan Rogue was overpriced. When doing the test drive, they give you the top of the line. When the negotiation began, they didn't specify what was NOT included in the base pricing. Needless to say, I didn't get the GPS that I wanted in my first car. Service appointment followup as the car had flaws (despite purchased in new condition). The sheet of ice out & in the windshield was concerning. My previous car had the same problem and got it fixed by having the sealant on them. However, having to visit the service dept twice and they did the bare minimum check- proved it was "natural". Now I have a new car that is WORSE than the Nissan car I had driven for close to 8 years. Now I understood the reason for aggressive marketing campaigns. More

Friendly, helpful, and good communication This was the first time I had to service my Nissan LEAF. A few forums recommended Morrey Burnaby as a knowledgable dealership regarding electric vehi This was the first time I had to service my Nissan LEAF. A few forums recommended Morrey Burnaby as a knowledgable dealership regarding electric vehicles, so I gave them a try. Booking online was quick (although a bit confusing as they give every possible individual service option on the list without descriptions). At the service centre, I was greeter by Roger, who was friendly and helpful. Throughout the day he called to give me updates, and relay information from the technicians, with clear prices on every item they recommended. They vacuumed, but did not wash due to the extreme cold weather possibly freezing doors. When I went to pick up my car, they noticed I may be eligible for a rebate on one of the service items (battery report), submitted it to Nissan USA and reduced the total cost. Roger was kind enough to charge up my car as well. Prices are a touch higher than I'm used to (used to own a Toyota Matrix and went to Destination Toyota next door), but not terrible. Someone expected as they require a specialist to service LEAFs. Overall quite happy and will return in a year for the next service. More
