Patrick promptly referred the situation to James, the manager, who addressed the problem with utmost professionalism and transparency. It's been a while since I've encountered a manager as professional as James. He took our concerns seriously, ensured the vehicle was detailed meticulously, and made certain we were satisfied with our purchase. Without his exceptional service, we might have considered returning the car and shopping elsewhere. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and we are immensely grateful. I have dealt with many dealeships over the past few decades. I can honestly say that Morey Nissan has been the best experience by far. It was on 5th July 2022 that my Nissan Armada sprung OBD2 error codes 1759,1757,1278,1279.This indicated that the TCM malfunctioned. I brought it to Morrey Nissan of Burnaby on 12th July 2022. The service re error codes 1759,1757,1278,1279.This indicated that the TCM malfunctioned. I brought it to Morrey Nissan of Burnaby on 12th July 2022. The service rep said that the technician reported burnt transmission oil, clutch wear and that the transmission had a catastrophic failure and needed a new transmission at the cost of $8000. There was no catastrophic failure; there was no burning of transmission oil. This was an outright lie designed for non mechanically inclined customers. I paid Morrey Nissan of Burnaby $150 for diagnostics which I knew was fraudulent and then took the vehicle which was still drivable to Pacific Driveline. The owners were nice enough to provide me a diagnosis of the situation and to eliminate the possibility of solenoid problems. They confirmed that it was indeed the TCM that needed replacement. However, they were reluctant to do the work. After a few months of no action, I decided to take it onto myself to purchase a refurbished TCM from Amazon and to re and re it myself, being aware that it was a gamble that the TCM still requires a programming. The install was a success, but the ECM did not recognise the new TCM and threw an OBD2 error code 1065. I realized at this juncture that the only people that had access to coding are the Nissan dealerships as the programming website requires a subscription that no other transmission shops are willing to pay. The folks at Morrey Nissan Burnaby were not honest so I decided to try the folks at Dilwari at Nissan Southside. My call to them was very reassuring as the Service representative seem to be mechanically inclined. The Nissan Armada got progressively worse and this time, I had it towed in. The face to face with the service representative and the technician was pleasant. The Service Representative allowed the technician to talk to me and provide me with a plan of what he can do. The technician was honest. He admitted that he has not done a rewrite over a refurbished TCM and was going to give it his best. This is all I expect from anyone. 4 to 5 hours later, the technician called my cell and elaborated all the things he tried to do to override the original programming: All of which failed. Since I do not have any expertise in automotive programming, I cannot attest to how the Americans seem to be able to rewrite their refurbished TCMS.. Given Hobson’s Choice I can accept this as I already know it was a gamble. The cost of a new unit was going to set me back $2500(dealership price which is upcharged) which was much less than the cost of a new transmission that I did not need. This was the afternoon before the weekend. Kudos to Nissan Southside repair department. I got my Nissan Armada back by Monday 16th Oct 2022....And SHAME ON YOU Morrey Nissan of Burnaby. More

Service department of morrey Nissan is the best so far I own a Nissan. Just on Feb 12,2022. Suddenly my tires warning lite on cause one of them had a nail in it. I call and talk with Dean Liu, without any h own a Nissan. Just on Feb 12,2022. Suddenly my tires warning lite on cause one of them had a nail in it. I call and talk with Dean Liu, without any hesitation he take me in without any appointment. I am very happy that service department like that need to be proud specially Dean is service assistant Manager, way to go. I would recommend anyone have a Nissan go there for any service.
