It’s hard to believe how these guys are able to operate with the type of service and attitude. I dealt with 2 people in management and 1 salesperson, they didn’t seem to care for reputation of the busi with the type of service and attitude. I dealt with 2 people in management and 1 salesperson, they didn’t seem to care for reputation of the business, especially the finance manager. No sense of pride in their work, and just felt depressed in that work environment. I didn’t see anyone smile at me except the front desk lady who I feel bad for being with these guys. They sold me a used car with safety which I took to the actual Toyota dealer after 2 weeks of purchase and got the report that the safety should never have passed on it. Taking this up with OMVIC to see what they can do to resolve the issue. More

It was his rest day but chose to go to our address to complete everything since we live far from the dealership. As soon as we saw our car, we felt in love with it right away.
