She always find a way to accommodate me and my family. very professional, always with positive energy and welcoming. She is definite asset to the company. our original dealership was Ajax however because of her best an conditional treatments month to month we come to the Morningside location. She cares a lot. Not only to us but to everyone who comes. I have been there when it was so busy however she has a way to made everyone comfortable. She is very accommodating. More

Worst Customer Service and Extended Warranty Is A Waste!! 7/10/2014 First to Review We bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue SV from this dealership in March 2014 with only 36,000 kms on it. When I took it for my firs 7/10/2014 First to Review We bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue SV from this dealership in March 2014 with only 36,000 kms on it. When I took it for my first oil change last week (at 39,000 kms) my mechanic noticed that the tires were excessively worn and all 4 of them had cracks in between every single tread. As well, we noticed that the underside of the car had a lot of surface rust for something that's barely 3 years old. We took it to Morningside Nissan and the sales associates assured us that they would fix the problem because the damaged tires were a safety hazard. When the Sales Manager (Munesh) and Service Manager looked at it they said they wouldn't do anything about it. We asked for a refund of the balance of the extended warranty he said that the person who sold us the car no longer works there. BUYER BEWARE, they sold us an extended warranty which isn't even good for anything. I would NEVER recommend this dealership or their vehicles to anyone! More

Wasted 2 my days visiting Morningside Nissan dealership in Scarborough. Got bad experience and now I fully understand meaning of the word Hassle. HUSSLE, HUSSLE, HUSSLE, and misleading. On the 1st day I call for the appointment, came in, and waited for 2 hours until sales person Manuel Liao was finishing the deal with another customer. Other salespeople were not busy, but probably not allowed to take customer. During the remaining 20 minutes of conversation Manuel did not provide to much exact information I requested. On the 2d day Manuel appraised my car, but multiple times refused to give me exact numbers. On my multiple requests to provide financial terms and conditions such as interest rates, cost of borrowing, cost of the car, and value of trade in I could get nothing, Nothing. No numbers. He put on the paper only one, repeating, ONE number $350 of monthly payments, without any terms, and tried to force me to sign it up, and get my credit card. That is a scam and hassle I left dealership unhappy. On my way back home from the dealership, I found out that front hood of my car was shuddering. Salesperson did not properly close the hood of my vehicle, while appraised car. I had to close it on the hw401. OMVIC, If you reading this review, check them out on compliance with the regulations. Had a car accident and it was recommended to go to this dealer ship as one of State Farm Select car repair centres. Had 5000 dollars worth of damage but when we picked up the car, the rear brakes were stil dealer ship as one of State Farm Select car repair centres. Had 5000 dollars worth of damage but when we picked up the car, the rear brakes were still metal on metal and were not repaired even though I requested this via writing. The rear sway bar was broken and not detected, therefore it was not repaired, this is dangerous if it is not repaired it can cause some serious control issues if you have to do a evasive manoeuvre. So wasn't pleased with the service I received. Two items that were not repaired can be serious to the day to day operation and could put use at risk. Had these repaired at my normal repair centre. More
We bought a car from them but it was not serviced at all, it was in poor condition. They lied about everything, sales and service are lousy and they're very rude to customers.
