They diagnosied it and came up with $2000+ in repairs. One day after driving off the rattle returned!! $2000 for Nothing!! Not good! More

Dealer's review It took a while for me to get my car back. I had to bring my ca twice.besides when I bought the car,i had asked for installation of rear view camera. It took a while for me to get my car back. I had to bring my ca twice.besides when I bought the car,i had asked for installation of rear view camera.now when i had issues i am told its not Nissan but a third party installed it.i was surprised to hear that as I paid money to Morningside Nissan. Excellent service by Richard I went to a lot of car dealers trying to finalize on a new 7 seater SUV that met my needs. My search ended the moment I walked into Morningside Nissan I went to a lot of car dealers trying to finalize on a new 7 seater SUV that met my needs. My search ended the moment I walked into Morningside Nissan. We were greeted by a service consultant named Richard Sikdar who did an excellent job on providing all the necessary information and helping us make the decision. Richard was very straight forward, gave candid answers and stayed true to all his words. He educated us about the VPP program that my employer qualified for. None of the other sales rep had bothered to tell us about the VPP program as the dealerships donot make much money on these. But even before talking about the price, Richard asked us where we worked and told us we could get VPP pricing on the car we chose. Also he let us take the car for test drive by ourselves. This was a very important guesture which helped the dealership win our business. Driving the car by ourselves, me and my husband were comfortable checking out different features in the car, and come to a decision. Also we traded in our 2003 camry. Most other dealership were low balling on the trade in price(some quoted as low as $300 to begin with and went up to $2500 in minutes), but Richard gave us the best price for our trade in without any haggling. We talked to atleast 10 sales rep during the process of shopping for the car and most of them were using different sales gimics. But Richard was a class apart from all of them and we would whole heartedly recommend him to anybody buying a Nissan. More
