Excellent Service at Morningside Nissan! I am a loyal Nissan customer - my last 3 vehicles were all Nissan vehicles. In addition, I have always gone to Morningside Nissan to service my curren I am a loyal Nissan customer - my last 3 vehicles were all Nissan vehicles. In addition, I have always gone to Morningside Nissan to service my current Nissan Rogue. The service at this dealership is second to none. From the friendly staff at the Service counter (Sharika) to the techs to the Service Manager (Todd) and the GM (Sam), my experience has been Excellent! In addition, I always get a Service reminder call which keeps me on track with servicing my vehicle. At every opportunity, I recommend the Nissan product and ONLY this dealership for purchasing and service. More
Great service experience After having this vehicle for 8 years, I would normally direct my service appointments to a local mechanic. However, I have always found the service d After having this vehicle for 8 years, I would normally direct my service appointments to a local mechanic. However, I have always found the service dept at Morningside to be honest and upfront about the service(s) my Rogue needs and never try to push unnecessary jobs that simply jack up the price. In fact, last summer a large repair was need in the front ball joints and after getting a quote from Morningside, I decided to check out a mechanic and even another dealership near where I live and I could not believe the price difference, especially the local dealer (nearly 2x the cost!). For this reason I will continue to drive out the Morningside for even the regular checkups and when the time comes, purchase a new vehicle there as well. Keep up the great work! NN More
total disaster I needed new key, told by parts assist mgr it would take 2 to 3 hrs bring it in at 7.30am. I phoned 11am and parts mgr told me a part had to be ord I needed new key, told by parts assist mgr it would take 2 to 3 hrs bring it in at 7.30am. I phoned 11am and parts mgr told me a part had to be ordered. Phoned at 4pm and was told they were having problems programming my car and it required a diagnostic check which I would have to pay for. I told them it just had a diagnostic check 2 days prior and not to touch it. I then asked for the manager. Todd tried his best to satisfy the situation by sending it over to another Nissan dealership to have it programmed and that I would get it back that night. Got a phone call after six and was told by a service guy that I wouldn't get it until the next day. I had to cancel two appts that afternoon. Don't think this type of thing can happen often but as this was my first time in for a service it put be off bringing my car back More
Service feedback I had my 4 all seasons tires replaced as well as maintenance #2. I'm satisfied with both services.
