Were super friendly and seemed to roll over backwards to make the deal happen and we looked forward to future dealings and making the trip from Regina to Moose Jaw for oil changes, etc. (Was told we would get Nissan dealership mugs when their Parts Mgr. came back Monday). Post-sale I am not so certain. I had left some items in my car and when I contacted the dealership to retrieve them I was told to go to the auction house (I would have thought their finance manager living in Regina could have stopped and picked them up?). Then after driving the car for a week or so and the initial euphoria of having a different vehicle wore off I noticed the front windshield was pretty 'pock marked'. This happened with a previous vehicle and the Regina dealership arranged and replaced the windshield at Custom Creations at their own expense. - I shopped around for prices for Western Nissan and was told I could drive it to Moose Jaw for one of their dealerships to replace it, have to wait in Moose Jaw all day and I would get a 'discount'? - We just picked up my car from Custom with a new windshield ($266 + tax). Overall I would buy a vehicle from Western Nissan if it was a super good price but would spend a lot more time going over the vehicle and making sure there were no issues and bargaining that off the final price. p.s. Quoting shops for new All-Season tires now, too. More
