Lack of customer care and customer is always wrong. Proof has been provided and I feel that no one actually listens. This experience has been awful and upsetting with a lot of mixed emotions. One of the top of the line cars has been an issue since 700km and now things are considered allowable as it won’t cause any safety issues but if you don’t know what is causing the issues how do you know it won’t be a safety concern. Email was sent to me a my correspondence given back to three people and still have no direction. We have been labelled unprofessional with our frustrations and I am even nervous to leave this response because our last negative survey landed us a meeting in the dealership. We have been told that “Ford does not make the quality of vehicles like they used” to which is very upsetting as we are out thousands of dollars. Even if this is the last step to this one issue, the other multiple issues are not addressed. Just want to feel like someone cares because when push comes to shove and the shoe is on the other foot, these people would not be happy also. Why do we have to be ok with it? More
