I love my KIA SOUL I love my 2013 KIA Soul as much today as I did 5 years ago when I bought it new! Service I went in for routine service but during the walk around and mileage check they noticed i had a broken belt in a tire and showed me immediately. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! Called Moncton KIA on 8 Feb as my 2015 Sorento SX battery went dead overnight. Spoke to Andy from Parts Department and explained situation and was t Called Moncton KIA on 8 Feb as my 2015 Sorento SX battery went dead overnight. Spoke to Andy from Parts Department and explained situation and was told to bring car in when I got it started. I did this and Andy immediately arranged for the vehicle to be look after by a mechanic. Discovered car had a wiring short traced to computer module and would have to order replacement. One was ordered on an emergency basis and arrived next day and vehicle was repaired under warranty. The service I received was professional, outstanding and above and beyond what I really expected. I am very happy with my KIA Sorento as it is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Thank you again Moncton KIA. More
