Extra charge I went in for inspection and an oil change, I inquired about a plastic clip that was broken in the rear passenger side, I wanted to purchase one becau I went in for inspection and an oil change, I inquired about a plastic clip that was broken in the rear passenger side, I wanted to purchase one because it was accessible and easy to replace. I was told that it would be taken care of. When I received the invoice I noticed that there was an extra $20 charge for labour on my bill. The piece is not an expensive piece, When i was told it would be taken care of I didn't expect and extra charge. More
