Emergency help After I left my home, a few KM up the road, my Sorento started shaking bad! Steering wheel, seat etc...I thought the worst,balljoint, flat tire etc... After I left my home, a few KM up the road, my Sorento started shaking bad! Steering wheel, seat etc...I thought the worst,balljoint, flat tire etc...I was on my way to Moncton for a job orientation...drove 80-85 KM all the way from Elgin straight to Moncton Kia. Sue ( as always) said don't worry, leave your SUV here, we will look after it, and got me a cab to where I need to to go as the shuttle was busy.After my job orientation I went back to Kia...it was my tires!!!! They did the Road Force balancing( I had never heard of this). And Viola, problem solved. I so love the customer service at Kia. A+ all the way around! I just wish I knew the name of the mechanic that worked on my SUV..... More

They went above and beyond for me This was my first experience with KIA Moncton. They were able to get me in the same day I called for service.
