I have been dealing with Moncton Kia for over a year and a half. I bought my very first Kia vehicle from them in June of 2019. I will admit that my experiences weren't always pleasant and I had myself con a half. I bought my very first Kia vehicle from them in June of 2019. I will admit that my experiences weren't always pleasant and I had myself convinced that I was never going to buy from Kia again. Fast forward to today (January 26th, 2021.) Because of the undying efforts of the manager Mike and Chris, I am now driving the most amazing SUV that I have ever stepped foot in. A 2021 Kia Sorento. Mike and Chris stopped at nothing to make me happy and to get me into this vehicle. I believe that people makes mistakes but that they can be fixed. It's a difficult business trying to sell vehicles since they are not only expensive but there is so much competition. Not to mention the pandemic we are in. I went from being a dissatisfied customer to 110% happy. Moncton Kia showed a lot of tenacity in the ability to keep me as a customer. I have not been the easiest customer to deal with, that I will admit, but that didn't discourage Moncton Kia. Do yourself a favour, go to Moncton Kia and check out the brand new Kia Sorento.
