Customer Service is #1 Recently I had some work done on my new (to me) purchased truck. I have a few repairs to do and between Fred Dath Fixed Operations Manager , and Lauri Recently I had some work done on my new (to me) purchased truck. I have a few repairs to do and between Fred Dath Fixed Operations Manager , and Laurie Polap Service Manager they have made sure all the small things got looked at and rectified. To me I see the small touches that sometimes get over looked at other places of service. There's no missing anything here. All you have to do is mention and they are on it. There is no disappointment having any service at Mohawk Ford. I have been using their service for quite a few years for odd repairs, but I have found that all service needs can be met at reasonable prices. No "White Box" parts here, warranties that they back never with an issue. Thank you Service department at Mohawk Ford for making my truck what I want it to be. More
