The service team is always thorough and efficient The experienced service advisor helped me set up an appointment to pinpoint a noise that I was having with my F150, plus carry out a warranty recall. The experienced service advisor helped me set up an appointment to pinpoint a noise that I was having with my F150, plus carry out a warranty recall. The warranty was a simple issue, pinpointing a noise is seldom easy to explain; however, the adviser took a lot of time to walk through the type of noise and identified it clearly on the work order. He set up a diagnostic test and prepared me that it could take most of the whole day to carry out both issues. I dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon the day before. They were able to squeeze in the diagnostics test at the end of the day, that day, identified the problem and ordered the part(s) so it all could be done in the morning the next day. I received a call at 11:00 AM that my truck was ready. The Mohawk service team never ceases to amaze me. Very thorough and efficient. More
