Re-torque Review Recently returned to Dealership after seasonal tire change to have the tires re-torqued. Young man found one nut on the drivers front was loose. After Recently returned to Dealership after seasonal tire change to have the tires re-torqued. Young man found one nut on the drivers front was loose. After several tries and two nut changes to different size, ie metric vs standard, nut tightened or torqued correctly. I'm sincerely grateful to the young man that went to the extra trouble to ensure I didn't have a loose nut that could have endangered the lives of myself and my passengers. I'm also pleased he intended to ensure his boss was informed and that it would be discussed with the employee that originally performed the seasonal tire change service. I would not hesitate to return to Mohawk Ford for future service. Sincere thanks for your integrity over these many years!! Lynne More
