I appreciated the ride home by the courteous shuttle driver when I dropped off my vehicle for the oil change and tire rotation to my winter tires. Last year, I called the dealership to inquire what t driver when I dropped off my vehicle for the oil change and tire rotation to my winter tires. Last year, I called the dealership to inquire what type of oil goes into my engine. I was told that synthetic oil has to be used. When I checked the work order/bill from the appt, it shows that regular oil was used. I don't know if this will effect the engine. When I got my vehicle back, my driver's seat had been completely moved. The full lighting system had been turned off and I wasn't advised. When I left the dealership it was at dusk I didn't know that my vehicle lights at the front or rear of my vehicle. More
